Over the past seven years, Exquisite Hotel Consultants has expanded its global footprint from 3 South African properties to over 800 hospitality businesses and real estate assets across 93 countries, with a combined portfolio value exceeding USD $4.5 billion. Our platform reaches over 3 million newsletter recipients annually, complemented by an extensive social media presence and over 50,000 yearly website visitors.

To support our continued expansion, we are licensing our brand, platform, and intellectual property to select, high-caliber real estate agents and agencies worldwide. We are looking for senior colleagues with a foundation in the hospitality or commercial real estate sector, paired with high integrity, loyalty, and a strong work ethic.

Key Highlights of the Licensing Proposal

1. Formal Licensing Agreement: A structured agreement entered into between Exquisite Hotel Consultants (“Licensor”) and your entity (“Licensee”).
2. Accessible Entry Fee: A one-time license fee of R 35,000, payable via an initial 50% deposit (R 17,500) upon signing, with the remaining balance spread over 5 equal monthly installments of R 3,500.
3. Nominal Administration Fee: A fixed yearly administration fee of R 9,500, commencing on the second anniversary of the agreement, subject to minimal annual inflation adjustments.
4. Flexible Term & Renewal: A standard 2-year rolling agreement, with an option for either party to terminate given 90 days’ written notice prior to the 2nd-anniversary renewal date.
5. Generous Commission Structure: Licensees retain 80% or more of the total gross commission (typically ranging from 3% to 10%, depending on deal structure). As a trained hotelier, Principal Estate Agent, and CEO, I personally assist with much of the complex background work, valuation support, and contract structuring.
6. Zero Listing Fees: All hospitality listings—for sale, lease, partnership, or management contracts—are hosted on our global platform at no additional cost to you.
7. Global Operational Reach: Licensees are not restricted by geographic boundaries or territory limits, provided you (or your designated representative) can physically inspect properties and conduct face-to-face client liaison in the ordinary course of business.
8. Shared Global Portfolio Access: Full access to market and broker any existing hospitality property or business currently featured on the Exquisite Hotel Consultants platform.
9. Co-Broking & Dual Mandates: Full flexibility to enter into dual or joint mandates whenever required to close transactions.
10. Dual-Branding & Property Expansion: Right to use our logo and brand assets alongside your existing trading name. Additionally, licensees gain access to feature non-hospitality properties on our upcoming sister platform, Exquisite Properties, under equivalent favorable terms.
11. Preferred Service Provider Listing: Featured branding as a Preferred Service Provider on our central website and directory.
12. Targeted Marketing Support: Dedicated feature inclusions in our direct newsletter marketing (22,000+ targeted recipients) and social media network (35,000+ followers and growing).
13. Comprehensive Deal Support: Direct technical, advisory, and documentation support from HQ during contract drafting, due diligence, and deal finalization.
14. Sub-Licensing Rights: Rights to sub-license operations within your structure, subject to standard approval conditions.
